It is a sister science to yoga and a simple and effective way to live your yoga in your daily life honoring your unique constitution while living in rhythm with Nature. Through simple changes in your daily routine, you can reset your system to thrive. I have had great success guiding folks to bring more balance and ease into their lives simply by aligning themselves with Nature's rhythms.
